Jamie Easter

Jamie joined Dalriada as a Pensions Administrator for irregular schemes in July 2024. His role focuses on administering pension schemes that have been previously run fraudulently or dishonestly. Jamie’s responsibilities include analysing member data, investigating payments to determine if they were pensions commencement lump sums or pension liberation payments, and establishing members’ entitlements within the scheme.

He frequently communicates with trustees and client managers to provide updates, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the pension schemes.

Before joining Dalriada, Jamie worked as a Pension Scams Administrator, where he applied his organisational and interpersonal skills to safeguard the pension rights and interests of clients. Prior to that, he served as a Pension Administrator, managing various pension schemes and handling complex queries and calculations. With over three years of experience in the pensions industry and eight and a half years as an Infantry Soldier in the British Army, Jamie developed strong leadership, teamwork, and resilience. He is passionate about helping people secure their financial future and is eager to learn new skills and technologies that can positively impact the field. Jamie values integrity, excellence, and collaboration, and is dedicated to working in teams that share these principles.

In his personal time Jamie enjoys caring for tropical fish, playing football with his young son.
