Gill Howard

Gill is a senior pensions manager at Dalriada working in the Pensions Management team.

She has 33 years pensions experience gained previously in third party outsourcing, where she held senior Operational Management and Client Management roles. Previous experience includes being responsible for the active management of agreed portfolio of six administration clients working with the operational teams to optimise service and revenue opportunities whilst ensuring client satisfaction with all areas of service. She is also passionate about customer service and the member experience.

After managing both DB and DC schemes in 2020 she moved into Pensions Management and Scheme Secretarial and joined De La Rue as a Pensions Specialist in September 2020, and then took on the role of Group Pensions Manager in June 2022 to manage the De La Rue Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution Schemes.

Gill has completed the Pensions Regulator Trustee Toolkit and is looking forward to studying for her Professional Pension Trustee accreditation.
