Rowan Motley

Rowan has recently joined our trustee team in Leeds supporting our lead trustees in governance and compliance oversight. Rowan firmly believes that strong governance is the foundation of any well-run pension scheme and takes a collaborative approach to achieving this.

Rowan has over eight years’ experience working with trustees, clients, investment consultants, third parties and scheme managers in various roles across the pensions industry. He has worked on a large number of DB schemes of various sizes and funding levels and through his work within the investment reporting has gained an understanding of funding commitments and strategic asset allocation. 

Rowan is currently well on his journey to becoming an APPT accredited trustee.
