Welcome to the website of the NCR (Scotland) Pension Plan (the Plan). Your Trustees have designed this website to keep you updated with useful information about the Plan. 

Below is a short explanation about the documents available on the site:

• Statement of Investment Principles (SIP) – the SIP explains how the Trustees invest the money paid into the Plan.

• Implementation Statement – describes the voting and engagement behaviour of the trustees.

• Chair’s Statement – this statement is prepared each year by the Trustee Chairman to explain how the Trustees meet the governance rules that apply to defined contribution (DC) schemes.

• Privacy Statement – explains the purpose(s) for which personal data is collected and used, how the data is used and disclosed.
