Michelle Sweeney

Michelle is a Support Professional Trustee who assists Dalriada’s professional trustees with essential day-to-day tasks, including invoice and budget planning, managing task progress in line with Scheme Planners, and ensuring all actions are completed for Trustee and Scheme meetings. Her role also encompasses responsibilities in risk, compliance, and other key aspects that contribute to excellent scheme management.

With a decade of experience in the pensions industry, Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge from her background as an administration manager with a large public-sector pensions administrator. Known for her strong people skills, she has led numerous projects to streamline services and enhance support for both scheme members and clients. Her extensive experience across all areas of scheme administration and client support has equipped her with a deep understanding of DB pensions administration. Michelle is enthusiastic about taking on new challenges and the opportunities ahead.

On a personal note, Michelle enjoys outdoor adventures and dreams of exploring remote locations in a campervan. She spends her free time walking, savouring great coffee, and cultivating her own vegetables at her allotment.
