Assurance Report on Internal Controls: AAF 01/20 2022

Dalriada is committed to ensuring it provides the highest quality independent trustee services. To show this commitment we are very pleased to have produced and published our AAF 01/20 report.

This report details the control procedures that are in place for our Trustee and Master Trust services. The ISAE 3402, Assurance Reports on Controls at a Service Organisation, was issued in December 2009 by the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (“IAASB”), which is part of the International Federation of Accountants (“IFAC”). The ISAE 3402 provides an international assurance standard to allow public accountants to issue a report on the controls of a service organisation that are likely to impact, or be a part of, a user organisation’s system of internal controls over financial reporting.

The report is an independently audited demonstration of how we meet the standard set out by the Institute of Chartered Accounts in England and Wales (ICAEW). We are pleased that the result of the audit was that ‘no exceptions’ were found, which we feel is an excellent achievement.
