Caroline is a Professional Trustee and Actuary with over 25 years’ experience in the pensions industry. Caroline brings a unique combination of actuarial insight and investment expertise to her role at Dalriada, where she manages both Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) Pension Schemes.

Her deep understanding of pension scheme dynamics, combined with her technical knowledge, allows her to guide trustee boards through complex decision-making processes, particularly in relation to their investment strategy and funding outcomes.

She has significant experience in steering schemes toward self-sufficiency, developing cashflow-matching investment strategies, managing the buy-in of pension liabilities, and ensuring the successful completion of buy-out transactions.

Outside of her professional life, Caroline is passionate about sailing. She owns a yacht on Lake Windermere, where she enjoys teaching children to sail and relaxing on the water.
