Dylan Mackie

Dylan joined Dalriada in September 2024 as a Pensions Management Graduate. In this role, he brings a wide range of technical skills and a passion for collaborative teamwork, which he applies to the diverse responsibilities within pensions management. 

Before joining Dalriada, Dylan worked as a Management Trainee at Enterprise Mobility, where he honed his skills in client relationship management, client services, and operational management. During his degree, he gained valuable experience by contributing to a variety of projects, from supporting biotechnology start-ups to working in manufacturing, all while collaborating with dynamic teams to achieve shared goals. 

Outside of work, Dylan is an avid runner, regularly competing in marathon and half-marathon races. He also serves as the chair of a running club, where he enjoys helping others connect, socialise, and achieve their fitness goals. In his downtime, Dylan can often be found catching up with friends over coffee or indulging his love of cooking by preparing meals for others.
