Gavin Wilkinson

Gavin is a Senior Pensions Manager who joined Dalriada in February 2025. An Associate of the Pensions Management Institute (APMI), he has extensive experience in pension governance and secretariat services, having held previous roles at EY and Aon. While at Aon, he was seconded to the in-house pension team at the Bank of America, gaining valuable insight into in-house pension scheme management.

 His career began at a large multi-employer pension fund, where he worked across business development and employer relations. Over the years, he has managed a wide range of projects, including scheme mergers and benefit conversion exercises, helping trustees and employers navigate complex pension challenges.

 Outside of work, Gavin enjoys long walks with his fiancé, Paris and his dog, Bear, and spending time with friends and family. A keen traveller, he is always looking for opportunities to explore new destinations.
