Helen Scothern

Helen is a Senior Professional Trustee who joined Dalriada in November 2024. Based in the Midlands, she will work across Dalriada’s regions with a focus on business development and building a portfolio of trustee appointments.

Previously, Helen served as a Pensions Audit Associate Partner, where she led the pension audit team and contributed to the Pension Protection Fund (PPF) audit panel, including leading on the first scheme to go through the PPF process, and worked on the Kodak scheme. Earlier in her career, she held roles as a Pensions Audit Director and Senior Audit Manager.

With over 27 years of experience managing a diverse portfolio of pension scheme clients, Helen brings a wealth of expertise to Dalriada. She has successfully led projects for schemes under challenging circumstances and was instrumental in supporting a successful Fraud Compensation Fund claim for members of the three Norton Motorcycle pension schemes.

During Helen’s time in her previous role, she led the team to successfully win the Pensions Age Pensions Accountancy firm of the year for 3 out of 4 years.

On a personal note, Helen enjoys holidays, eating out, spending time with her family and going to the gym.
