Jo Harris

Jo is an experienced, commercial, pensions professional from a covenant advisory background, now deploying his skills as a Professional Trustee at Dalriada.

Jo joined Dalriada to establish the Leeds office in late 2017, coming from a senior employer covenant and deals advisory role at a big four accountancy firm.

He has substantial experience helping trustees and companies navigate triennial valuations, healthy mergers and acquisitions, and financially stressed situations – always with consideration of the impact on members’ benefits. In his former role as an advisor, Jo has also been responsible for assessing ongoing employer covenant and forming views on the affordability of contributions in the context of routine triennial valuations as well as structural corporate changes. His pensions experience has seen him work with a wide variety of business (family owned SMEs through to plc clients), and pension schemes ranging from £5m to £500m.

In his life outside work Jo enjoys spending time with his family, and gently encouraging his young children to share in his love of the outdoors and of cycling (road based and mountain biking).
