Kareen Carnduff

Kareen graduated from Queen’s University Belfast in June 2017 with a First-Class Honours degree in Actuarial Science and Risk Management. As part of her course, Kareen completed her placement with Dalriada in 2015 then, following completion of her degree, returned to the company as a full-time graduate within the Actuarial and Investment Team in September 2017. In 2020 Kareen qualified as a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.

Kareen is a champion for the actuarial information being visible, challenged and made useful to all stakeholders and her experience in the Mantle actuarial platform is integral in supporting Scheme Actuaries on regulatory duties, such as actuarial valuations and checking and testing actuarial calculations.

Recently, Kareen has gained experience in GMP Equalisation calculations and has been responsible for carrying out and installing the actuarial GMP calculations onto Mantle.
