Karen McDonald

Karen is a Support Professional Trustee based in Dalriada’s Glasgow office, where she joined in September 2024. With a career in the pensions industry dating back to 1995, she brings extensive experience across all aspects of scheme administration. Karen has been involved in everything from day-to-day administration and attending client and trustee meetings to managing scheme transitions and handling project work.

Before joining Dalriada, Karen worked for some of the largest third-party administrators, managing a varied portfolio of schemes. She is particularly skilled in handling annual scheme event work required and standalone projects.  Recently, she played a key role in the take on of a 50,000 life scheme.

Outside of work, Karen enjoys spending time with family and friends and attending live music events with her daughter.
