Kate Lloyd
Kate has recently joined Dalriada bringing with her 25 years’ experience in the pensions industry.
Kate began her career working in-house in pensions administration before joining Squire Patton Boggs in 2003 and qualifying as a pensions lawyer in 2006. Prior to joining Dalriada, Kate was a Partner in the pensions practice at Gateley, advising trustees and corporates on a wide range of pensions matters.
Kate’s recent experience includes advising on buy-ins and buy-outs, corporate restructurings, flexible apportionment arrangements, GMP reconciliation and equalisation and scheme mergers and demergers. The schemes Kate has advised range in size from £30m to over £4bn.
Kate’s key strengths lie in working collaboratively with all stakeholders, being highly organised and efficient, and her ability to drive projects through to completion by encouraging cooperative and creative working environments.
Kate is accredited with the APPT and is also a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers.
In her spare time Kate loves spending time with friends and family.
