Louise Ticcioni

Louise is a member of the dedicated Dalriada.Together administration team. Louise is passionate about the member experience and appreciates that building and maintaining strong relationships with clients is key to an elevated level of service delivery.

Louise has a wide range of pensions experience including activities such as managing the standard day to day administration, attendance at client meetings, scheme transitions and projects including GMP reconciliation and equalisation. In particular Louise is experienced in dealing with complex scheme transition and data related projects, tackling complex issues in order to simplify administration processes going forward.

Louise joined the pensions industry in 2016 after graduating with a first class honours in Human Resource Management and currently works within the Pensions Delivery function as a senior pensions administrator. Prior to joining the company in 2018, Louise worked for a large FTSE, multinational organisation handling both the administration and payroll aspects of the in-house DB pension scheme.

Louise has also completed the Certificate in Pensions Calculations (CPC).
