Lucinda Murrain

Lucinda is a Pensions Manager with over 30 years of experience, specialising in both public and private sector schemes. Her expertise includes managing large-scale projects such as the McCloud litigation remediation, the implementation of a new defined benefit scheme, and an online member portal for the judiciary at the Ministry of Justice. At the University of Warwick, she led the introduction of a new DC scheme, revised DB arrangements, automatic enrolment, and salary sacrifice options. While at Accenture, Lucinda oversaw one of the largest pension administration system transformations for the BT Pension Scheme.

With a strong background in assisting trustees with tendering and managing administrator and professional adviser contracts, Lucinda brings a wealth of operational delivery knowledge to her role.

In her personal time, Lucinda enjoys dining out, attending the theatre, visiting the cinema, and relaxing on spa days.
