Nicole Mayers

Nicole has joined Dalriada as a Support Trustee, bringing over 15 years of experience in the pensions industry. She holds a DipPMI qualification in Pensions Administration (CPC) and is currently working towards her Accredited Professional Trustee qualification.

Before Dalriada, Nicole led a Pensions Administration department at an award-winning consultancy, managing a team of 12 and overseeing schemes with 500 to 25,000 members. At Dalriada, she serves as a key contact for clients and advisers, handles complaint resolutions, and ensures optimal service delivery. She also manages client transitions, automation, and member communications, and helps clients comply with legislation, including preparations for the Pensions Dashboard.

Nicole’s expertise extends to client relationship management and trustee secretarial duties, supporting trustees with scheme management, administration, and governance. She prepares for trustee meetings, maintains training logs, risk registers, and business plans, and reports notifiable events to The Pensions Regulator. Nicole’s extensive experience makes her a valuable asset to Dalriada and its clients.
