Sara Fisher

Sara is an experienced accredited Professional Trustee based in the London office. She joined Dalriada in July 2019.

She has over 15 years’ experience in the pensions industry and began her career as a pensions lawyer in private practice. In 2010 Sara moved into trusteeship and joined a leading professional trustee company to provide trustee services (including sole trustee, scheme secretarial, project management and governance support) to a range of schemes.

Sara currently works across a portfolio of schemes ranging in size from £5m to £250m. Recent experience includes leading on a small scheme buyout, managing GMP equalisation projects, progressing valuation negotiations and dealing with complex member cases. Her key strengths lie in the inclusive, solutions driven way that she works.

Sara is an advocate for equity, diversity and inclusion and believes that supporting ED&I leads to better decision making and helps to improve the outcome for members. She was a member of the Pension Regulator’s Diversity and Inclusion Working Party and is a member of Dalriada’s Diversity and Inclusion sub committee.

In her free time Sara enjoys yoga, salsa dancing, learning Spanish and doing craft activities with her daughter.
