Tom Lukic

Tom is a Director and chairs the board of Dalriada Trustees Limited. He is the board sponsor of the Diversity & Inclusion group within our business, working across the Midlands and more nationally on his trustee appointments. He has broad pensions experience with particular expertise in employer covenant, restructuring and corporate transactions. Prior to joining Dalriada, he was a Restructuring and Covenant Advisory partner with Ernst & Young LLP.

He has worked with a range of trustee boards from smaller schemes with assets of c£10 million up to mutli billion pound schemes. Similarly, he is experienced in working with a broad spectrum of sponsoring employers from small, owner managed businesses through to much larger, global and fully listed groups.

His experience includes managing the scheme valuation process, on scheme funding issues and scheme management more generally, investment strategy reviews and implementation, restructuring and transactional situations, buy-in/buy-out projects and on integrated risk management, incorporating his detailed employer covenant experience into wider scheme journey planning, strategy and management.

Tom is Accredited as a Professional Trustee by the Association of Professional Pension Trustees.

Tom’s Trusteeship roles include as co-trustee, chair of trustees and sole trustee appointments. Given his background and wider experience, Tom leads on some of our most sensitive, complex and high profile appointments, combining commercial experience and pragmatism with a collaborative approach to deliver outcomes in often challenging situations.
