Victoria Phillips

Victoria is an experienced Professional Trustee and scheme secretary with over twenty years’ experience working in the pensions industry. Victoria has played key roles across several of our main business disciplines including scheme secretarial, client management, administration, consulting and scheme terminations.

Victoria has significant experience of assisting trustee boards in managing the legislative and regulatory requirements around pension scheme governance and compliance. She has led the successful delivery of large projects, scheme communications and scheme change initiatives and strongly believes that good governance is the main building block to successful scheme and member outcomes.

Victoria has a particular focus on scheme terminations, supporting schemes through wind up.

Victoria is an Accredited Professional Trustee by the Association of Professional Pension Trustees and a Diploma member of the Pensions Management Institute.
